1. Data collected

This site collects the information you voluntarily submit through the application or free assessment form: first name, last name, work email, organization, country, organization type, and the optional answers about your program and digitalization project.

2. Use of data

Your information is used exclusively to review your application to the LMIC Health Digitalization Initiative and to follow up with you. It is not shared with any third party, not used for any commercial or advertising purpose, and not subject to any automated profiling.

3. Retention and security

A copy of your submission is kept locally in your browser (to avoid loss in case of a failed send) and transmitted by email to the OOMUS partnerships team. Exchanges are encrypted in transit (TLS).

4. Public application counter

The number of applications received (displayed publicly as a counter and percentage) is aggregated and anonymous — no nominative information is ever displayed publicly.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted at any time by writing to partnerships@oomus.org.
